Not sure if I'm missing something. Running CI and MoM, dying with full mana and almost full ES.

Mostly asking because it seems like this must be a bug, and I'd like to avoid it in the future

Are you dying randomly during a map or every time you cast/hit something/flask/etc.?

Seemed random and very infrequent. Devourer boss popped out of the ground, game lagged for ~1 sec, then dead. At first I thought I just took that much damage during the lag, until I noticed my ES and mana was ~full

CI and MoM are not immune to corrupted blood.

I use CI and never die while my ES still available

I agree, neither make you immune to corrupted blood. Still, corrupted blood doesn't bypass energy shield so I don't think i follow what you're getting at
