i have right klick a skill gem and set skeletal warrior
than i have get that gem in the skill table slot
i set also a soft key for skeletal sniper( command gas arrow)
the skeletal warrior weappon give me 100 Spirit ( char have 0 spirit)

i tried to summone by press soft key... thought its auto summone... anyway they do not appear

You don't need to have the skill in the active skill bar.
You go to your skills (G) and where you have skeletal snipers you have a + and - button to add or remove minions.

Adding or removing them will either reserve or free spirit.
