i’m a level 39 monk, i have a lvl10 spirit gem, but for some reason blasphemy is greyed out and won’t let me unlock it. am i missing something?

My guess is you're not smart enough to use it. (Intel requirement)

i am stupid (not enough intel requirement) but i have other skills that i meet requirements for that are also greyed out. i guess ill see what happens when i get the intel
