New POE player with a cold build right now with cast on freeze eye of winter. My build does pretty good in early maps (only in t2 currently) but I instantly get destroyed in breaches, because 100 monsters spawn around me including powerful rares.


This is making me now question my entire build. Are there any other builds that I can try out that perform better in maps that aren't insanely expensive?

I saw a spark/ES build but it uses the Everlasting Gaze which costs 40ex. I don't have that kind of coin to spend but if anyone knows of a good mapping build that doesn't require crazy expensive items, please let me know =)

Isn't Comet CoF still BIS for cold sorc? I know its nerfed but, thought it was still BIS
