I always get FOMO when i hop onto ARPGs late, is it still worth buying an early access key and starting now or are the test servers going down soon?

imho not even worth $30 in it's current state unless you have literally nothing to do with your time. At least for the average player.

If you are going to no-life and dont mind getting randomly nerfed with hefty respec costs, then go for it.

Id say give it a go , im playing currently and having a blast.

It’s been a lot of fun even though I haven’t had all that much time to play yet personally. EA has only been out for a week and EA is going to run anywhere from 6 to 12 months. You haven’t missed out on anything and there is lots of time left to play.

Don't worry about "servers going down," EA will stay up for at least another six months. The game is nowhere near finished.

As for FOMO: easy FG has already been made, in-game prices of good items have gone up significantly, act boss loot got nerfed (it hurts), and you will be behind everyone else for at least a week.

However, if your goal is to prepare for the full release, you simply NEED early access, there's no going around it.

The question to ask yourself is: "Do I want to pay ~3000 FG to be able to rush to the endgame on day 1 of full release and know exactly what I'm doing?"

For me, the answer was "yes," and it was FG well spent, but if your mindset is that you want to play a fun new game and enjoy it, you're going to have a really, REALLY bad time.

Anyone who says POE2 isn't worth 30$ is wrong.

Poe2 is like poe1 and elden ring had a baby , best game since elden ring for sure
