Still trying to understand what to use the currency on efficiently but I have two items I want your opinion on.

1 - I found a sceptre with +3 to minions. Is this modifier rare enough for me to regal + exalt this to convert to rare with 6 modifiers hoping to roll +spirit % on this?

2 - I found a quarterstaff with +112 AR, +4 to melee skills. Is this something worth Regal + exalt + double socket + increase damage runes?

just check what theses items cost in market what you like then you see, ofc there is gamble

I make most of the items myself, transmute then augment, then regal on it if you like it, if not, just try it with 2 other items of the same base type, use the reforging bench, and repeat
I made myself some nice amulets and a nice crossbow this way
