what was athe restriction? and does it work on epic launcher?

Was able to file share it over discord and friend was able to use it and now play after redownloading the game.

i dont know the details. He said its impossible to upload it anywhere and he tried few emails, gmail yahoo etc. could not send it. I dont know anything about steam / epic as i did not link my account with them
