Which one did you guys get?

Is it possible for me to buy the 30$ pack and later upgrade to a higher tier?

Im also only seeing 3 tiers on steam up to 99$, but I was told that the highest tier was 500$.

Is there any reason why I would not want to buy on steam?

I have played POE before but its been a long time so this is sort of like a fresh start for me.

only the 30, 60 and 100 packs are available on steam.

Roger that, if I get it through steam, do I still need a poe account etc? How does it work?

You should probably link your steam account first to avoid conflict and dealing with support.
