Said it would be avail for download by now, but not seeing a download option on steam. I know it doesn't start until tomorrow, but would like to at least get it loaded.

As long as our official POE account is linked to our steam account, pre-load the stand alone client and then install the steam client when its time; so you can play while it downloads
