Are we allowed to sell PoE2 Early Access codes? I have an extra one, bought one and then just today got an extra one not knowing I passed the spending limit

Is the one from money spent on poe sellable? Cause it says it doesnt gives access just puts poe 2 in steam library

No it isnt the steam code, I bought the early access code and then was given an early access code after the fact, wasnt aware I spent the needed amount
