Ok so maybe i missed a vide or something but, what do we know about the economy in PoE 2?

Are they keeping the same model for currencies etc? will they have some sort of in game trading board or will it still be via website trading?

i think theres no info on this, at least i havent seen it here

but since ggg uses a business model that requires people to spend as much time ingame as possible, they probably wont implement an auction house for items currency i think they will, but items probably not!

I read somewhere that gold is supposed to be a form of currency in Poe 2. Don’t quote me. Just read it somewhere.

I'm scared because i love the way the currency in PoE (1) works at the moment and i didn't see any orbs or something like that in PoE2 Gameplay's. Even full act playthroughs. Gold dropped, but not a single orb of something.

Hopefully they have a really great idea how it will function in the future. Because thats a big point of interest.

There will be an auction house for items and currency that requires gold per transaction; also gold can be used for gambling or just buying items from merchants (which are apparently not useless); items will require a lot of gold to sell so probably only selling for high end items/uniques but lots of currency trading in addition to the baseline trading systems already in poe 1.

They already said in multiple interviews that everything will be sellable just like poe1

They still have orbs maybe new ones but they got rid of some. Only confirmed one gone right now is chromatic orb. No more colored sockets
