Try this, most of the crashes for POE2 arent GPU based, it's CPU threading problems.
Goto: In regEdit
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Right click on Image File Executions Options > New Key > Name it: PathOfExileSteam.exe (assuming u running steam launcher, yes?)
Right click PathOfExileSteam.exe > New Key > Name it: PerfOptions
In this PerfOptions keymap you right click and create a new > DWORD 32 bit value > name it: CpuPriorityClass
Open it and set value data to 3 and make sure its on hexadecimal.
