I've only had 3 crashes in like 600 hours now, I am running on a 3070 TI and I would probably get crashes or have issues if I wasnt undervolting my GPU, theres something about the game that absolutely ramps my card up past acceptable limits when in Delirious content. I would maybe suggest Undervolting your GPU or reinstalling your OS fresh.
I try to redo my hard drives every few years for a full fresh install of everything. It usually solves a lot of problems.
I'm using an rx580 and I found that throttling to 70 fps with medium setting has worked fantastic. Its still visually appealing, plays rather well, and it doesn't burn my retinas with all the effects and bloom. My computer has never crashed. It did however blow my psu to shit before I replaced it and throttled everything down lol.
