D4 is more fun to get with a group of friends and blast for a few days and feel good about getting stronger fast etc...
Till a point, where you level 50 more levels on all your glyphs, change many of your items to greater affix ones, roll some stat to top and from all these together, haven't notice any difference.

POE2... crafting feels good, bossing on melee feels super bad early on. Not fun to play in a party since spells cover up monster effects sometimes.
Bossing feels good from start, because it is not like D4 where you stand no chance or the time runs out, you can see it is doable but you keep need to try.
About the visuals, I sadly agree. Really hard to see what is going on, even when I am alone. The graphics are beauty but I am lost in it. Ofc it is "realistic" that if the enemy makes fire, it visually looks the same as my... but from ARPG stand point, this requires abit change. Or is this part of the challenge?

Story... not even close D4 > whatever the lore is in poe2
Yep.

Both will get better with time, some seasons will suck and get boring very fast.
Besides story and cinematics being better in Diablo 4 from start, I did not saw Diablo 4 made any huge step forward and it already got an expansion, the whole content still feels like it is later alpha test before release. Nothing really "wow, amazing" what a Diablo game should be after a decade of heavy hype. Path of Exile 2 made a much higher starting point and it is early access yet, so it doesn't even call itself "ready" as D4 did at release.
