It's in the FAQ that the $480 total spent key is gonna be given out during the next couple weeks.

My steam overview says I dumped 800$+ inc three supporter packs including top tier 480$ pack.

Yeah, but old 480 supporter packs doesn't count towards getting additional keys.
It's only the new Early Access supporter pack that grants additional keys.

So it doesn't really matter how much money you dumped in.
GGG has said the key will be sent out between now and launch.
