This will cost probably $35 for access (price of a support package). You'll get some tokens or currency to purchase cosmetics/stash pages, and likely a skin or series of visual affects culminating into an outfit for your character. Plenty of time for everyone to start saving 35 dollars. If you don't want test/early access you can probably wait some months for free standard access potentially.

Serious users on JSP typically buy whatever loot based RPG comes out so they can trade immediately, it will take a while before everything is automated and people just trade divines for 2 pennies or whatever so periods like this tend to be the best a game has on offer. Least access, least competitive trading, demand high, supply lower

It won't be like a new ladder/season because seasons ran their course in 6 weeks, than 4 weeks, than everything was worthless in 2 weeks and so on. It will be fresh like a new game for trading more so than the sour experience of everything being a little too automated.
