Highest was ultimate league (i think) due to harbingers got kind of like 2-3 shards per harbis

would you rather find a mirror or win the power ball?

finding a mirror is like winning in a fucking lottery, its non existence chance. 9k hours in poe1 and never found 1 and there are ppl with 20k hours and never found it

steps to get a mirror:

1. earn money
2. purchase it from jsp or other sites

way faster and efficient than trying to play for 10k hours and maybe still not even getting it

affliction or at least thats the one I think it was, shit out 100s of mirrors.

I can answer that only in relation to PoE 1. No, finding one is not a skill issue. Getting one is. That even includes SSF in a league like Settlers, where they are basically free. And it's surely not 1/10 000 000 kills to drop one. It's probably even less than 1/50 000 000.
