but does cast on crit work on sorc as good as this streamer? i see he is a monk.

i just specced to cast on crit, doesnt really build up energy fast enough.

right now because of this streamer energy buildup jewels are 30ex+ each, you need 150% + energy buildup for it to be nice and working so its kinda rip unless u have infinite currency to blow

nope it was nerfed aswell, all cast on x was nerfed by 10x , even shock was nerfed wich totally sucked from the beginning lol

Buy a sceptre with a shit ton of spirit, put in on your offhand and then use like 4-5 cast on freeze comets with whatever decent supports.

Not what it once was but can still map etc. Quick fix for now.
