I wish I wasn't confused on this but I am

I have 4 points
Interested in 5 and 6
Have completed Act 2 Cruel

How do I activate the trial for getting points 5 and 6?

I have 2 Djinn Barya's that are level 50ish, but both say that they DO NOT award points.

they need to be around 65ish with 3 floor
