but im curious now! i didnt read the jsp rules so idk, but back when i played d2, we had to invent workarounds to buy/sell d2 cd keys because it was against some rule. when someone wanted to buy a cd key for example, he or she couldnt make a topic about that but would instead make a topic called something like "is it allowed to buy d2 cd keys here bros" and then 9 out of 10 people would say no, the 10th one would pm with price, and the topic itself would get closed
it was a way of avoiding a rule, so hes right that there had to be an actual rule
personally i wouldnt report even if the OP was selling a nuke, but still am curious about the entire rule thing
