1. Highlight text on a webpage.
2. Press ctrl + shift + x.
3. Pop-up appears for you to A] Name the snippet and B] write any comments.
4. A .txt is downloaded to computer. (The name is what you assigned as the name.)
The txt file contains:
1. At the top: The comments you wrote.
2. Date and time stamp of the clipping.
3. The highlighted text from the webpage.
Additional:
1. Give the user an option to turn 3. on and off. If turned off, the name of the txt file should be the title located within the <head> </head>
