as title

i need a dynamiccode that would filter/or rather copy paste a specified range from table data a week ago from today and paste it to outlook
for instance;

if today is 12th May, i want it automatically copy paste 7 days before it, so 12, 11, 10, 9,,,, etc to 5th may
this has to be dynamic and not hardcoded

im aware of the pasting the table from excel to outlook so you don't have to code that portion

the dataset is pretty clean so you don't have to clean it up, all you have to do is code
