What languages/software do i need to learn? Sounds fun, and i hear it's really easy and quick to learn so....Won't side track me

html, css, javascript, php? or?

For the backend, you can use php, python, ruby, or Java, and the front end will be HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

There are other languages available, but they are rarely used these days for web development, like Perl for example. Most public websites use php, ruby, or Python and I know Java is often used for enterprise and government applications.

Go + net/http + https://github.com/julienschmidt/httprouter + html/template (my go-to solution these days)
Scala + Lift
Erlang + Chicagoboss or mochiweb
python + flask or django
ruby + rails or sinatra or angelo

Put php where it belongs. In a history trashcan.

How come public don't use java? and why enterprise don't use php,ruby, python, and why use java?

I don't know for sure, but I think it's just that working with Java is too cumbersome for quick development. I don't know why places like the government like Java as much as they do.
