Go to your router settings and look for MAC address. Make sure (!!) to properly write it down so if this doesn't work you can go back. Now change it slightly, eg. one digit to digit+1. Remember that only characters 0-9 and A-F are allowed. Try reconnecting.

If your ISP gives you IP based off your MAC address (eg. caches them and remembers this mac gets this ip) this should give you new. But if they filter access based on MAC your connection will not work, so its important to write it down in first step.

Most of the time your router will have a release/renew button and if you are on a dynamic ISP simply releasing and renewing will give you another one.

No, a wireshark log will not do anything to help you.

Unplug your router for 24 hours and plug it back in. Hopefully it will elapse your lease time on your IP and give you a new one.

Although if your ISP gives you a static IP (like most cable isps) this will also not work. You will have to call and get them to lease you a new IP.

A new ip will temporarily solve your problem, hackers are always a threat and will constantly try to find holes in security (many are bots not live hackers), once your site or server is on a list it stays for a long time

Hosting a server at home is generally a bad idea unless you have exceptional coding and all back doors closed which is near impossible for the average coder, and you risk much by exposing your location and other details over a shared connection (for example others can pose as you and hack under your credentials, which is often the goal of such attacks)

I recommend renting a cheap VPS (virtual private server) for your needs, in most cases these are running on well built hardware and effective code with many fail safes inherit by the platform

Good luck!

This guy is probably the least informed person on this subject on this forum. I'm just saying.
