So i am more a IT guy/script kiddie
but i was doing a job for a friends company, they had me come in reformat all there pcs and update them.
Simple enough right, so i do all that and no issue. when i was finished they asked me to come check out there website. Well there using word press.
I havent used this before, or even heard of it. i dont keep up with that stuff much. Like i said, im more IT guy, and old school yahoo script kiddie lol.
Anyways there site is a construction company. They had some guy come in do a basic model for them. Its up and running now. But really looks like shit.
Or well not shit, but looks very plain.
So what im asking i guess is, should i stay with word press for it? is that meta people are using?
Is there anything better/easyer to use out there? (last time i did a website was in notepad like 6-7 years ago)
Also im kinda thinking i would like to pass the buck on this, and find someone to do 75% of the work for me.
To Be honest, most the site is done, everything is linked up, working. just looks plain as hell.
i have no artiest in me, i cant even draw a stick figure lol. So i think i would need to find someone to help me there.
So i guess ill put this in here too, im looking for someone that knows there sh1t, and can make my life easyer, so i can finish
this job, and make them happy, i already let them know i was going to sub out that part of job, and there ok with that.
I would like to discuss this on discord if possible, explain more of what i need and what i hope to have it look like.
And yes i am paying well for this. We can discuss that as well on discord.
