dos = command prompt in windows? just type the path to the file. eg diabloii.exe

Why do you want to start it with dos?
Go to your diablo folder * optional, then press shift + right click and open cmd and simply write "game.exe"
Additionally use "cd" to navigate to the dir and repeat the above line.
