So my company currently has a website of course
It's a magazine company
The client wants to add a video ad on one of our pages in the DIGITAL magazine
She currently is using DoubleClick tags to serve her ads
The website we use is GTxcel but they want a feee to host the add since it uses doubleclick
Can anyone maybe help me find a way to do this with still using the doubleclick tag
And also without having to pay a fee to GTxcel

I know this is confusing as all hell. But I'm at a standatill

Google is your friend or get someone from GTxcel to help you work around this. You're paying for their product.

Anyway, it doesn't look like using doubleclick should cost any more if you're using GTxcel. Here are some examples on GTxcel of doubleclick video ads: http://en.documentation.gtxcel.com/display/DS/Ad+Serving
The ads should be hosted on doubleclick and just referenced by GTxcel which shouldn't cost you anything. If it actually needs to be hosted on doubleclick or they don't have the video ad feature developed yet then you're SOL.
