Why are some of the contents of "wrapper" div being displayed when the "wrapper" div is collapsed?

im really not sure whats exactly the problem is

but it shows you the content in the wrapper div? am i right? xD

So you collapsed wrapper but it is still showing you innerWrapper? Were you messing another part of the file that referenced innerWrapper?
