Lizzy; a mannequin head with a webcam on it’s right eye and an RGB LED (Tri-Color Emitting Diode) on the left eye. Lizzy will also have head movement to follow the face of whoever is in-front of ‘her’ via face-detection software, the head movement will be achieved by a pan and tilt servo motor(s) (x2) in the neck. I’m still deciding how I will do the face detection as I know Arduino IDE cannot handle it and Processing does a poor job at it, although I might use; Roborealm, OpenFramework or OpenCV to handle the face-detection which will then send ‘messages’ to the Arduino to move the servo motors and turn the LEDs ON (and switch colours).

When the face-detection locates the face of who-ever is in-front of it, the head will move (motors) and the LED will turn Green, if it does not find a face it will turn Blue (red light doesn't work). I think for me personally it will be a challenge since I’m not the best at coding, sadly.
Still I really want to do this, any any advice would be helpful (maybe an easier option? or a website where I can have an open discussion with people about this project to get help from them?). Thank you.

My project idea is similar to this actually, (google that).

I haven't found anything else, similar to that, do you know any websites where I could have in-depth discussions, help, tutorials from people online, I'm even willing to pay people to help me with this project.
