Is it an infringement to look at website, like how it looks, then model your website on it?
I am not taking any graphics from them but the overall layout is very similar.

Example, I like how they have a header at the top with some navigation links. So I did the same.
I like how they have a jCarosel after there logo, so I did the same and so on.
