Topic. Need a little help figuring out how to setup the nameservers. To date I've only ever paid for hosting services through a 3rd party and they'd provide me with nameservers to use. I have no clue how to setup my own. Any help would be appreciated

It's the dns zones I've tried to configure and none of their online help applies to hosting at home, it's more directed for them hosting or a 3rd party service provider

You hosting the server at your place, and use godaddy for ur domain?
You just need to redirect the URL to your IP.
If you use CDN service u provide them your IP and they give u be servees
