I am playing a webgame that does not care if you make/use a bot for it.

It is illegal to discuss the creation of such a bot on these forums? My impression is yes, but I wanted to make sure.

If you word your questions so it's not bot related then it's fine, mods here don't know how to program so a question like "how to make a pathfinding algorithm from this data" will likely go over their heads.

Hell just say your developing a video game and they wouldn't notice.

They ban specific languages like autoit because they can be "used to develop bots." It shows the extent of their programming knowledge. The irony is this site originated as the hub for the D2 bot which was Javascript based. D2 Java Script Parser. Yet, they don't ban Javascript. This sub would be pretty boring if you banned every language you could write a bot in (hint: all of them).

If you can make a bot in whitespace then you don't deserve to post on here in the first place. Because you should be in a mental institution.
