Is there anyone who could hack into facebook account? Or maybe you know people who can do this, all I need is to read chats thats it.

There's a child safety feature. If you're marked as their parent, you can see all their chats. There's also an app that let's you do something similar if you're marked in a relationship, but you only see chats made with the opposite gender.

what if you're in a relationship with someone of the same gender?

If you don't have the right to enter the account by your local law, I'm pretty sure this kind of request is against d2jsp rules (and your local law).
