Trying to edit some scrips just got windows 10 was this a mistake?!?! can't open anything in notepad or anythingggggg :C

sounds like you should go back to win 7 and this has nothing to do with programming. just open up notepad first then use file->open to open it. assuming win10 still has a file menu
