Well its not strictly a programmer's topic but...

I have to write essay on my collegue about history of computer software in business and the future of these. Got all about old supporting systems in business (from IC to ERP II) but i cant find any trends that the software will go.
Do you know any futured software that is goin to be in use within few years? Found some info about ERP III, SoA or BI but for me its not that new. Would you like to share abit with me?

Its more about existing predictions not about my ideas. But yeh my essey topic is kinda difficult to write.
