I have taken it and passed. I would say 70% of the exam is EC2, RDS, VPC, and IAM. You HAVE to know encryption of EBS volumes and the appropriate encryption points for each service (encrypted within transit or at rest, etc). Know high level each other AWS service and in depth knowledge of the first four.

Let me know if you have any specific questions. I took it recently and passed the sysops exam as well.
