Can you create me a web service where I can ask it simple questions and it gives me simple answers? For example:

If u ask it, why would someone with 11 years web dev experience be whoring themselves for fake money instead of real money?

It would respond, because they most likely dont have 11 years of experience, and if they do it's not meaningful experience because they have either no confidence in their work or self respect for themselves. I'd venture to guess the quality of work would be reflexive of this characteristic in the developer.

U are terrible wrong Of course as u wish instead paying me FG u can pay me $. My 1h work = 60 $, standard rwd website, hml5,css3,jQuery,parallax,responsive touchable carousel etc it takes 20-30 h which is: 1200-1800 $

is that a normal hourly rate for a developer with 11 years experience in poland? americans charge a lot more, but i guess the dynamics are a lot different in our countries

I was just about to say this. I know consultants charging $300/hr.

Also, it would seem he is adamant on throwing buzzwords at me to prove he is legit. I have learned over the years that this is a sign of weakness.

I knew ppl with 6-8 yrs exp in web-dev and they create www / cms / rwd for 300-400 $
