I work for Exelon I.T and I do not have any diplomas or Cerificates but still do what I do there.

I am trying to work on certificates and get started somewhere with them, what are the MUST HAVE certificates for a desk side support analyst?

Yes, it's deskside support, xerox tech, I handle a ticket system along with hardware and software too on the computers.

Inventory and specific software for the company.

You can work on setting up like a poker table in the office and stealing all their money.
