Hey...

Top and bottom (taskbar) of my screen are shaking like crazy, I don't know what to do.
Ive updated my graphic cards drivers, and the GC is brand new, and it's not overclocking

Even on desktop it does the same, and the problem does not appear on the TV when it's on HDMI...
I've tried running programs on windowed/full screen ,it's the same...it happens on browsers too

i'm usually not too bad about computers but this time I'm lost
Please help me.
