I have moderate experience with vhdl, what is it you're looking for help with?

so i designed a game of tug of war essentially for school. has 9 leds on the board and a key is assigned to each player. the led moves right and left as the keys are pressed. i need to write code for a computer to face me opposed to me vs my self (2 keys).

i have the spec sheet for my hw i just cant figure it out. its quite a few layers of code so its hard to get help on over the internet. but its a common project among universities in CompE/EE so maybe someone knows or is just good with verilog!
