considering very few people here own your specific calculator, link us to a simulator where we can write/test it. i've written simple programs in the TI-83 a decade ago. dunno how advanced your calculator is. considering that i found a google group post about it from 1995, i'm guessing it's not super advanced. surface area / volume should be straight forward, same with vector dot product.
i have the feeling partial fraction decomposition won't be simple to implement. i assume "first order differentials" means you want a symbolic derivative? if your calculator doesn't already have a function for that, it's not simple to implement.
btw, 450fg is likely nowhere near enough. it's probably cheaper for you to just buy the TI-89 or whatever casio's equivalent is. at the end, i think you'll have to manually enter it into the calculator anyway. the newer models from 10 years later let you transfer a whole program, but yours looks too old.

For the differentials I need something that will find a general solution for a first order differential and a general solution to second order differential (linear, quadratic, exponential and trig types) but if this isn't possible, it may be possible just to get particular solutions for these when given parameters? That would at least allow me to check my working.
Btw, I'll be buying more fg to pay for this service, once I've worked out a price.
