I stumbled across my first leads extractor and I can't believe such a cool software/program exists.

I'm looking for someone with the knowledge to duplicate such software.
I'm also looking for someone that would know how lead extractors work.

If you don't know what a lead extractor is. But, you may be someone that could help.
A lead extractor is a data mining software. That extracts, well you know "leads".

Now lets say you sell Skin Products. But, you have no luck on how to get people to buy your products or are struggling.

A lead extractor you simply type in Skin Products in the lead extractor and hit search.
It takes your keywords and searches engines such as Google, Yahoo, Backpages, Bing ... etc.
Then, it pops up with a list that continues to grow every second of Phone Numbers and Emails of people interested in skin products

I would like to know how a software/program of this capabilities is able to work and be willing to have a serious discussion with someone having the knowledge to duplicate software/program.

maybe you should start with why you're trying to clone it. if you're just doing a school project, then that's one thing. but if you're trying to avoid paying to use it, then i suggest you just pay it. paying someone else to write it will cost a lot more. if you're trying to add more features it doesnt have, then that has nothing to do with cloning it.
