Hey there

I want to plot a microbial growth in excel.
microbial growth has different phases which is approximated differentialy. starting with exponential growth it ends up in a plateau phase (constant) and in the end sinks linear/exponentially.

so my question is how i can approximate my datapoints those different phases and connect them to a fluent plot. is there any way of doing so?
