I have 2 computers that, if possible I would like to recover files/data from them.
Comp 1-Hp. Not sure what happened but it just quit working and windows won't load. I can get mini Windows, but that is all.
Comp 2- Gateway- I accidentally knocked it over on it's side. It started beeping ( 4 beeps- mobo) and the screen went fuzzy rainbow.
Can data/files be recovered from either one? If I reinstall Windows on the first one, will my old stuff still be on there? I know that I would have to replace the mobo on the 2nd one, but is there a way to recover my stuff from the hd?
