looking for someone to design a very basic app

nothing special, but something anyone and everyone can utilize



would need msg of the day and pole voting structure

would be nice to be able to relay off a webpage and visavera



this app or program or w/e is intended to be used or viewed by millions of people

no money involved

its to better our society and reality for now and our future
