hi. after about 50 reviewed topics i still couldn't find the fix to this. i hope someone here can guide me. this had first occurred to me on opera browser a year or so ago, i had been able to fix it then after a bit of searching. it recently happened on opera again and i was able to resolve it only by creating a separate windows account - the other browsers worked fine but the regular version of facebook loaded without css formatting and the mobile version didn't load images on opera until i created a new windows account. now this has happened again here on this computer after another windows account was deleted. facebook loads that way in every browser and every new account i create. followed all solution steps: shift/ctrl+F5, no proxies, deleted cache and cookies - new accounts obviously, https (loads it by default), every other site works fine

didn't solve much - only avg activated here and i disabled it to get the same result
