Hello guys I'm acturally new here, my friend told recommended make an account and ask you guys for help!
My gf just bought a new iphone 5 for her sister and to unblock it they are charging her almost half of what it originally cost.
Is there any way to unblock the phone without being charge? Can you share with me your hacker knowledge please?

The phone specs are:

Iphone 5
iOS 7
Bought in UK with t-mobile/orange network (I believe they operate as one in the UK)
