I'm doing a little project for a friend of mine just to try and help.
I'm fairly confident that if i can get a nice template/layout whatever you want to call it, I can maintain it.
However, I'm not very good at designing so alas I'm here seeing if anyone would want to undertake this with me:)
and by with me, i really mean i'll give you FG for your time
I'd imagine it shouldn't take long as I have a few sites that have similar designs to the one I'm wanting.

More information;
Apparently, what i need to someone to help me create a CSS Stylesheet. The rest i have and can do, but im failing miserably at understanding how the stylesheet is working.
I am currently do work in both Dreamweaver (using design and code)
and Notepad++
I've looked into Wordpress and found that the site i want to create either doesnt really fit any of their formats and/or the formats that might work are all in the range of 50-100$.
While that is not neccesarily an issue, if im going to spend money i'd rather have an 'original' style than spending it on a style that 100000000000000 others have.
