That's a probably not the best idea, you'll never be able to compete with speed/location/ping etc etc you can get from a data centre.

From what I can tell Fusion requires you to download the game, so embedding may not be possible. Making a game in Flash or Flex (both AS3 language) would allow you to do that though and Unity has a web plugin too.
