I would like to increase the size of /dev/vg_crawler/lv_home to 20GB or so~ But when I run:

Code
sudo lvextend -L20G /dev/vg_crawler/lv_home

I get the message:

Code

Extending logical volume lv_home to 20.00 GiB
Insufficient free space: 3910 extents needed, but only 0 available

Not sure how to free up extents.. I think I might need to resize the root lv but im not sure. I probably could've googled more but despite that, im hoping someone here could provide some help

If you want to extend one drive you have to shrink another. I used gparted when I did mine and it worked great. There are lots of good YouTube videos for doing this.
